Professional Seminar Presenter (Estate Planning)
About The Position
The Professional Seminar Presenter will represent the brand at in-person live seminars across the Philadelphia region, delivering compelling presentations that simplify estate planning concepts and encourage attendees to enroll in estate planning membership packages. The role combines confident public speaking, sales, lead follow-up, and event administration. Presenters use a proven script and Canva visuals, build trust with diverse audiences, and aim to convert attendees into members. The presenter also follows up with event leads by phone, schedules appointments, manages registration and payment transactions, and keeps attendee records accurate. They collaborate with the team to review audience feedback and refine presentations. The position involves regional travel and is described as full-time and contract, with a target start date of January–February 2027.
Requirements
- Proven experience in professional speaking, luxury sales, or high-end seminar environments.
- Ability to ask for the sale and handle objections confidently and gracefully.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, particularly when building rapport with people aged 55 and older.
- Proficiency with Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, and basic CRM data entry.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Valid driver's license and comfort with regional travel.
- Accuracy in documentation and secure payment handling.

Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, professional live seminar presentations using a provided script and Canva visuals.
- Demonstrate the value of membership packages, ask for the sale, and facilitate on-site enrollment.
- Make outbound follow-up calls to event leads and schedule follow-up appointments.
- Represent the firm professionally and enthusiastically, with relatability to the Phoenix market.
- Manage on-site event registration, securely process membership payments and transactions, and maintain accurate attendee data.
- Review audience feedback with the team and refine presentation delivery.
