The Professional Security Officer observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. This role involves making periodic tours to check for irregularities and to inspect protection devices and fire control equipment. The officer preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises. Previous customer service or security experience is preferred for this customer-facing role. Candidates must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. The position requires extensive patrolling within a high-rise environment, including the use of stairs and stairwells. Proficiency with computers and smartphones is necessary. CPR and First Aid training will be provided.
