About The Position

As a Bilingual Security Officer Ronda Hotel, Puerto Rico, you will provide security for a variety of industries, including factories, retail (stores), shopping malls, pharmacies, corporate campuses, and more than 400 Fortune 500 companies.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Availability for rotation in schedules and weekly itineraries.
• Be fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English. English will be required for bilingual positions.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to drug screening to the extent permitted by law.
• License requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be necessary before employment. A valid driver's license from the jurisdiction of Puerto Rico will be required.
• Possess customer service skills.
• Possess a valid Puerto Rico driver's license.
• Be available for credentialing and training processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients by performing security and safety procedures, site-specific policies, and, when applicable, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations with calmness and problem-solving.
• Perform regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Work environments and conditions may vary depending on the client site.
• Receive and channel processes in the employee and/or visitor reception area according to the establishment's standards and assigned post orders.
