About The Position

The Professional Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving assigned territory/geography-wise sales targets. This role involves carrying out effective field work with minimal supervision, reporting daily activities on an online system, and meeting call average, coverage, and frequency coverage norms for the assigned division. The core responsibilities include generating maximum prescriptions and increasing market share, promoting the division's products according to strategy, building relationships with stakeholders such as doctors, chemists, and stockists, facilitating strategy building, and acting as a brand ambassador.

Requirements

  • BSc/B. Pharma minimum education
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Prior/current experience in the same therapy
  • Fluent and confident in communication

Nice To Haves

  • Fresher with good communication and analytical skill may also consider
  • Candidate from MNC and top Indian Pharma companies will have added advantage

Responsibilities

  • Achieving assigned territory/geography wise sales target
  • Carrying out effective field work without direct day-to-day supervision
  • Report field work in daily basis on assigned online system
  • Meeting Call Average, Coverage, Frequency coverage Norms of assigned division
  • Generate maximum prescriptions & increase market share
  • Promote the Division’s products as per strategy
  • Relationship Building with the Stake holders (Doctors, Chemists, Stockiest etc)
  • Facilitating Strategy building
  • A good Brand Ambassador
