Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales or related customer service role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Passion for cars and a strong customer focus.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle requirements and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles, features, and benefits effectively.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing the deal.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Collaborate with finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay knowledgeable on current product offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity and customer interactions.
