We invite and encourage each candidate to discuss salary / hourly specifics during the application and hiring process. The range for the role is $65,871.00-$82,339.00 salaried. Garnet Health System provides a compensation range to comply with the New York State law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits. When determining a team member’s compensation and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).

Requirements

  • B.S. in Human Resources or related discipline required.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in full lifecycle recruiting.
  • An expert level of knowledge in full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, interviewing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs.
  • Knowledge and extensive use of a web based applicant tracking system.
  • Ability to present recruiting concepts and reports to leadership.
  • Ability to develop business cases and service requirements, while creating and managing strategic alliances.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications.
  • Must be Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases.
  • Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Demonstrative consultative approach to recruitment and selection.

  • Advancing Garnet Health as an employer of choice while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection and hiring process.
  • Interviewing pre-qualified top tier candidates.
  • Maintaining excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large.
