About The Position
Assist the Migrant Coordinator in providing supplemental instructional services that support and encourage grade level promotion and achievement on state assessments that lead to on-time graduation and becoming productive members of society. Along with services provided, the teacher/tutor will assist in gathering required documentation for the Migrant Program and manage resources efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Valid Driver's License
- Bilingual
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
- Ability and sensitivity in working with economically disadvantaged children
- Reliable transportation at all times
Nice To Haves
- Valid Texas Teaching Certificate
- Five (5) years of classroom experience
