About The Position

At Green Cleaning DFW, we're looking for individuals who take pride in their work, care about the families they serve, and are eager to grow within a company that invests in them. If you are dependable and detail-oriented, we encourage you to apply. We offer a Monday-Friday schedule, typically from 8 am to 5 pm, ensuring your evenings and weekends are free. This is a full-time, year-round stable position with performance-based weekly pay ranging from $800 to $1,200, including tips. We also provide mileage reimbursement between your first and last job of the day, paid training with a clear, step-by-step cleaning system, and a supportive team environment. We use eco-friendly, non-toxic products for a safer working environment for both our team and clients.

Requirements

• Strong reliability and consistent attendance.
• High attention to detail and genuine pride in thorough work.
• Professionalism and warmth while working inside private family homes.
• Ability to work independently after training.
• A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Clean homes using a clear, step-by-step system.
• Provide professional and warm service while working inside private family homes.
• Work independently after training.
• Serve homes throughout Allen and surrounding areas.
• Attend team meetings, training, and supply restocks at the Rockwall office about once a week.
