About The Position

Atwell, LLC is seeking a Licensed Land Surveyor who brings both technical expertise and leadership capability to guide survey projects from concept through completion. You’ll lead survey project delivery while supporting and developing a team of survey professionals.

Requirements

Licensed Land Surveyor (required)
Bachelor’s degree in Surveying (or equivalent experience)
At least 6–10 years of progressive surveying experience, including project oversight
Strong working knowledge of boundary, topographic, and construction surveying
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively
Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and manage survey projects to ensure timely, accurate, and on-budget delivery
Review and prepare survey documents, including ALTA surveys, plats, legal descriptions, and boundary calculations
Mentor and guide office and field staff, providing coaching and performance feedback
Build and maintain strong relationships while supporting business development initiatives
Ensure all deliverables meet regulatory standards and internal quality expectations
Monitor budgets, proposals, billing, and project performance
This role may include occasional field work to stay connected to operations and support project needs.
