About The Position
Marshall Dennehey, P.C. is seeking a Professional Liability Attorney to join its Roseland, New Jersey office. The role focuses on construction defect and design professional litigation and is intended for an attorney with at least two years of relevant experience who can independently handle a caseload with limited oversight while receiving appropriate mentorship. A New York license is a plus but is not required. The attorney will work in a diverse, inclusive, collaborative, client-focused environment with direct access to experienced shareholders and associates. The firm provides hands-on experience, continuous feedback, and individualized goal-setting to support professional development and progression toward full case management. Candidates should be interested in building a long-term litigation career and lasting professional relationships. The compensation range is $110,000–$135,000, negotiable based on experience and portable business. Requirements
