About The Position
Marshall Dennehey, P.C., a nationally recognized Am Law 200 civil defense law firm, is seeking an experienced Architects and Engineer Errors & Omissions / Construction Defect Attorney for its Westchester office. The firm is looking for candidates who have experience representing design professionals, developers, and contractors in complex construction defect property cases. Candidates should have a proven trial track record and experience at the state and federal level. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a caseload independently with appropriate support are desired. The firm emphasizes a team-work based and client-focused practice group with opportunities for client interaction and practice growth, aiming for creative resolutions for clients and their insurers.
Requirements
