Requirements

5+ years of consulting or edtech implementation experience
Experience in K-12 leadership roles
Skilled facilitator and relationship-builder
Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
Communicate persuasively and effectively
Listen strategically and ask insightful questions
Identify and advocate for partner needs
Knowledgeable about educational trends and requirements
Analyze data to drive decisions
Proficient with web conferencing tools
Willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs

Responsibilities

Partner with educational leaders to create and deliver impactful learning aligned to Edmentum’s products and goals
Facilitate engaging, data-driven training for administrators, coaches, and teachers
Coach and support educators to elevate instructional practices using Edmentum data
Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring successful product implementation and outcomes
Collaborate across teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
Manage multiple projects with clarity and precision
Continuously adapt learning plans to meet evolving district needs
