• Speaks both English and Spanish
• Builds rapport quickly and earns trust
• Enjoys meeting new people every day

• Has a strong social media presence or enjoys digital marketing
• Wants a career-not just another sales job
• Is available to work Saturdays (Sundays off)

Responsibilities

• Help families purchase manufactured and modular homes
• Guide customers from first conversation through closing
• Generate new business through referrals, social media, and networking
• Build relationships with customers throughout the buying process
• Educate customers on financing options
• Maintain a strong follow-up pipeline
• Represent Titan Factory Direct with professionalism and enthusiasm
