Bilingual Leasing Consultant (Spanish)
About The Position
Golub & Company LLC is seeking a sales-driven Leasing Consultant to manage the sales process from start to finish at Lakehaven Luxury Apartments, a 492-unit garden-style apartment community located in Carol Stream, Illinois. The role involves conducting leasing activities, managing applications and leases, maintaining lease files, monitoring the CRM system, providing excellent customer service, monitoring competitors, assisting with move-in/move-out processes, managing resident service requests and work orders, conducting facility walk-throughs, maintaining amenity space schedules, and coordinating resident events and communications. On-site employees are the face of the Company for residents, providing high-quality customer service and embodying Golub’s Shared Values.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales-related experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Administrative acumen.
- Must have or be willing to obtain current Illinois leasing agent license.
- Bilingual in Spanish is required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous apartment leasing experience with proven, exceptional closing skills preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conducts leasing activities, including touring prospective residents, processing applications, and preparing leases while following all regulatory guidelines.
- Enters new lease information into leasing software and ensures accuracy.
- Prepares, maintains, and manages new and existing lease files.
- Monitors the CRM system and consistently follows-up on prospective leads and existing resident inquiries.
- Provides excellent customer service to residents, prospects, vendors, visitors, and other customers.
- Monitors and evaluates competitors’ rental rates, prepares weekly market surveys, and recommends rental rate changes.
- Assists in move-in / move-out process.
- Receives resident service requests and administers building work order system.
- Conducts regular walk-throughs of facility and reports concerns to building maintenance.
- Maintains schedules for amenity spaces.
- Coordinates resident events and sends out communication.
