About The Position
Two Maids of Greater Austin is seeking experienced, reliable, full-time cleaning professionals to deliver high-quality residential and light commercial cleaning services across the Greater Austin area, specifically in the Round Rock territory (North Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown, Leander, Cedar Park, Pflugerville, Hutto, Taylor). This is a W2 opportunity paid on a commission structure, ideal for individuals residing within the specified territory. The role requires individuals with a background as a professional house cleaner, commercial cleaner, janitor, or custodian.
Requirements
- Experienced, professional home and/or commercial cleaner, or a strong willingness to learn the craft.
- Operate as a W2 employee, paid on a commission structure.
- Own reliable transportation.
- Detail-oriented, polite, and present professionally.
- Communicate clearly, both internally and with clients.
- Fully authorized to work in the US.
- Speak English at a level comfortable communicating/understanding client needs.

Responsibilities
- Perform residential and/or light commercial cleanings for valued clients.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality results aligned with client expectations and quality guidelines.
- Maintain a level of excellence in cleaning standards with the use of chemicals and equipment.
- Maintain a consistent, recurring schedule (updated consistently via our App).
