About The Position
The Fulton County Board of Health provides a variety of services that help protect residents from health threats, increase access to health services to improve health outcomes, and provide information that assists Fulton County citizens in living healthier lives. The agency is seeking a highly qualified candidate for the position of Professional Health Care Wrkr (PH RN3) within the Fulton County Board of Health in the Nursing & Clinical Services Division.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing from an accredited college or university.
Responsibilities
- Giving vaccines
- Conducting health screenings
- Educating patients
- Tracking infections diseases
- Coordinate care
- Documenting health records
- Supporting community wellness programs
- Assists with school health services
- Maternal and child health programs
