About The Position

This role will play a critical role in shaping and delivering scalable, secure, and integrated ERP solutions that support DePuy Synthes’ enterprise applications landscape. In this role you will partner closely with business and IT stakeholders to align ERP architecture with business processes, enabling operational efficiency, innovation, and growth. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide technology direction and contribute to a modern, connected digital ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
  • Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar platforms)
  • Experience designing and integrating complex enterprise systems across multiple platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to solve system integration, compatibility, and performance challenges
  • Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Knowledge of enterprise data, application, and infrastructure architecture principles
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business and IT teams
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to enterprise-level technical decisions

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree or MBA preferred
  • Experience with global ERP implementations or transformations
  • Familiarity with cloud-based ERP architectures and integration technologies
  • Knowledge of data architecture, data integration, and analytics ecosystems
  • Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or medical technology
  • Exposure to enterprise security, compliance, and governance frameworks
  • Experience influencing architecture standards and best practices across organizations
  • ERP platform certifications (e.g., SAP), TOGAF, or cloud certifications preferred

Responsibilities

  • Define and contribute to the overall ERP and enterprise application architecture, ensuring alignment with business strategy and enterprise technology standards
  • Design and integrate ERP systems with other enterprise platforms, ensuring compatibility across multiple systems, technologies, and data environments
  • Evaluate current systems and recommend improvements or new technology solutions to enhance business performance and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable ERP architecture solutions
  • Lead and support system integration efforts, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability across applications and platforms
  • Ensure ERP solutions meet security, compliance, and performance standards for enterprise systems
  • Provide technical guidance and architectural direction to project teams and developers
  • Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies to optimize ERP capabilities and enterprise operations
  • Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and architectural models for ERP systems
  • Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex system integration and performance issues
