About The Position

The Professional Education Manager position plays a key operational role within the Marketing organization, supporting the execution of educational initiatives, peer‑to‑peer programs, and clinical training activities. This position helps ensure smooth program delivery, consistent documentation, and high‑quality experiences for healthcare professionals (HCPs) participating in Calyxo educational activities. These educational programs will increase awareness and engagement with HCPs to drive consideration and adoption of Calyxo products. This role oversees the full lifecycle of educational events in close partnership with the Senior Professional Education Manager. This role ensures excellence in program execution, logistics coordination, content preparation, and compliance processes and requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, faculty, and external partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of experience, or combined education/experience shall also be considered.
  • 2–4 years of experience in medical device, healthcare education, training, or related field.
  • Experience supporting professional education, training programs, or events strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects and adapt as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑service mindset.
  • Ability to travel 30 - 40%
  • Effective interpersonal interactions, both within the commercial group and in accounts
  • Proficiency with PC-based office computers, including familiarity with Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook required.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Valid driver's license

Nice To Haves

  • Urology experience is a plus!
  • Experience with video editing and Adobe Premier preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support program coordination and execution through planning, logistics, and execution of HCP educational programs, peer‑to‑peer events, and hands‑on trainings.
  • Assist with field and faculty communication, and post‑program follow‑up activities.
  • Coordinate program materials, content, equipment, venue logistics, and customer travel (as needed).
  • Support faculty onboarding and prepare faculty to facilitate Calyxo messaging.
  • Assist with program reporting, tracking attendance, budget monitoring, and documentation.
  • Support peer-to-peer events and activities. These include:
  • Regional Speaking Engagements
  • Virtual Consultations / Webinars
  • Calyxo Direct Events at Society Meetings
  • Assist with management of speaker logistics, contracts, and payment processing.
  • Maintain and update faculty rosters and records.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for engagement activities, including meetings, advisory boards, and ongoing communication.
  • Assist with drafting and processing speaker agreements, honoraria, and expense documentation.
  • Develops, fosters and maintains relationships with KOLs in the endourology field
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Commercial Acceleration, and Clinical/Medical Affairs to ensure alignment and smooth execution of all professional education activities.
  • Assist in collecting and organizing program feedback, metrics, and performance insights for continuous improvement.
  • Support execution of virtual education initiatives, including webinar setup, invitations, and backend technical coordination.
  • Perform on-going needs assessments in partnership with Sr. Manager to ensure professional education initiatives contribute and align with commercial priorities
  • Participate in society meetings, forums, symposia, educational and scientific programming meetings for promoting product & procedural awareness and guideline development as needed
  • Maintain program documentation, calendars, and tracking tools.
  • Assist with compliance processes, including speaker contracting, needs assessments, documentation requirements, and invoicing.
  • Manage inventory for professional education programs.
