The Professional Development Intern will support CGRC’s Professional Development Center, which promotes lifelong learning for mental and behavioral health professionals. The internship provides hands-on experience developing training materials, marketing to prospective audiences, evaluating program effectiveness, and assisting with in-person and virtual learning experiences for clinicians and educators. Applications are accepted from Bachelor’s and Master’s level interns. This is an unpaid internship. CGRC describes its internship program as an opportunity to gain clinical and learning experiences individually and as part of a team. Interns receive clinical supervision and training, can develop leadership competencies and career interests, and may participate in organizational committees, task forces, or work groups. CGRC offers flexibility for classes and internship possibilities, flexible work schedules, and support for a healthy work-school-life balance and self-care.
