About The Position

Professional Development Associate II contributes to the overall functioning of a continuing education/professional development department in a substantive, measurable way with the goal of advancing the mission of ECU Health.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or higher is required
• Microsoft Office Suite expert level experience in Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
• 2 to 4 years related work experience required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate practice transition programs in collaboration with professional development teams.
• Serve as a primary liaison for internal and external key stakeholders regarding professional development initiatives.
• Manage administrative functions for the professional development team and department leadership.
• Oversee student experiences and brand recognition efforts to sustain a pipeline of future nursing and allied health professionals.
• Oversee the use of technology platforms such as learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning software for education and competency management tools.
• Develop and refine systems and processes for collecting accurate and reliable data related to departmental metrics, outcomes, and key performance indicators.
• Analyze environmental trends and issues to promote continuous improvement and achieve quality, experience, and finance outcomes.
