About The Position
This is a frontline, high-impact position for someone who can own escalations, protect the customer experience, and keep scheduling running efficiently in a fast-paced home services environment. This is not an entry-level CSR role.
Requirements
- 3+ years in a high-volume customer service / call center / dispatch role
- Proven ability to handle tough calls with professionalism and empathy
- Strong multitasking, accuracy, and decision-making under pressure
Nice To Haves
- Home services (HVAC/plumbing/electrical) or dispatch experience is a major plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Responsibilities
- Own escalations and turn unhappy customers into loyal ones
- Make smart scheduling decisions using CRM/dispatch tools (tech availability, urgency, routing, capacity)
- Save cancellations, support reschedules, and keep the board full
- Communicate confidently with customers and field teams
- Document accurately and follow through—every time
