About The Position

This role will support the implementation of the NM Workforce Diversity Center of Excellence under the UNM Health Sciences Office for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. The role will complete the following: Direct and facilitate the Mentoring Networks ECHO program. Support the facilitation of the Faculty Mentor Development ECHO program. Corresponding with participants as a subject matter expert in mentoring and instruction. Provide presentations on mentoring to student and faculty programs. This is an on-call position with an expected end date of 1 year from date of hire. See the Position Description for additional information.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • at least 7 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
  • Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
