This position is for a Regular Part-Time Professor to teach the course "Le contexte mondial de gestion : marchands, commerçants, capitalistes et mercantilistes" (ADM3717A) during the Fall 2026 semester at the Telfer School of Management. The course will examine and evaluate the practices of merchants, traders, entrepreneurs, financiers, dealers, and mercantilists from the 15th to the 19th century that contributed to the development of global business and trade. It will highlight the dynamic interplay of markets within their social, technological, political, economic, and cultural contexts through the analysis and discussion of readings, case studies, and other sources. The course is scheduled to be taught in person on Fridays from 14:30 to 17:30. The mode of instruction may change due to health or other reasons.
