About The Position
This position is for a Regular Part-Time Professor to teach the course "Méthodologie de la recherche juridique" (DCL5501 Section C) during the Fall 2026 semester. The course involves reviewing research techniques, sources of law, methods of analysis, and the rules and techniques for drafting a legal opinion and a law review article. The course is offered in a bimodal format.
Requirements
- LL.L., LL.B., or LL.M. in notarial law or equivalent.
- Member in good standing of the Chambre des notaires du Québec.
- Review of research techniques, sources of law, and methods of analysis.
- Rules and techniques for drafting a legal opinion and a law review article.
Responsibilities
