About The Position

This course focuses on economic and non-economic rewards, performance and satisfaction, job analysis, job evaluation and internal comparisons, salary surveys and external comparisons, salary structures, merit pay, incentive programs and benefits, and the impact of collective agreements and the Pay Equity Act on compensation.

Requirements

  • Must hold an MBA or a Master's degree (preferably a Doctorate) in the field of compensation administration.
  • Must demonstrate recent professional experience related to the course subject.
  • Must have teaching experience, ideally in the field of compensation administration.
  • Competence in French is required for instruction.
  • Passive competence in a second language is noted.

Nice To Haves

  • Doctorate in compensation administration is preferred.
  • Experience teaching compensation administration is ideal.

Responsibilities

  • Teach the course 'Administration de la rémunération' (ADM3737A) during the Fall 2026 semester.
  • Deliver the course in person.
  • Potentially adapt teaching mode due to health or other reasons.
