About The Position
Intègre les différents concepts et procédures constituant un système de planification et contrôle des points de vue comptable, mesure de performance comportementale, structure organisationnelle et choix stratégique. Ce cours met l'emphase sur l'analyse des méthodes modernes de contrôle de gestion dans un environnement compétitif et en pleine mutation.
Requirements
- Must have an MBA or Master's degree (preferably a doctorate) in management control systems.
- Must demonstrate recent professional experience directly related to the course description.
- Must hold the CPA professional designation.
- Teaching experience, preferably in the field of management control systems.
Responsibilities
- Teach the course 'Systèmes de contrôle de gestion' (ADM4745M) during the 2027 Winter Semester.
- Integrate concepts and procedures of planning and control from accounting, behavioral performance measurement, organizational structure, and strategic choice perspectives.
- Emphasize the analysis of modern management control methods in a competitive and rapidly changing environment.
- Deliver the course in person, with the possibility of changes due to health or other reasons.
- Complete all mandatory legislated training as required by provincial law.
