About The Position

This posting is for a Regular Part-Time Professor position for the course "Gestion de l’entreprise offrant des services professionnels - Introduction" (MBA6665B00) during the 2027 Winter Semester at the Telfer School of Management. The course aims to define the business model of professional service firms, understand client relationship management through consulting processes, explore service quality and client satisfaction models, and cover the ethics of consulting for responsible management. It also focuses on developing client trust and loyalty, managing client projects, and best practices in the professional services sector.

Requirements

Must have an MBA or a Master's degree (preferably a doctorate) directly related to the course field.
Must demonstrate recent professional experience related to the course field.
Alternatively, must have a Canadian bachelor's degree or international equivalent and a professional designation (e.g., CPA, CFA, PMI, CMC, CRHA, CHE) including management or substantial professional training.
Must have demonstrated experience (normally 5 years) in management and leadership responsibilities and career progression, or exceptionally, with program director approval, must have management or substantial professional training.
Must have demonstrated experience (normally 10 years) in management and leadership responsibilities and career progression.

Nice To Haves

Preference will be given to candidates with proven experience in managing a professional services organization.

Responsibilities

Teach the course "Gestion de l’entreprise offrant des services professionnels - Introduction" (MBA6665B00).
Deliver instruction in a bimodal teaching method.
Potentially adapt teaching methods due to health measures or other reasons.
