About The Position

Innova Solutions is immediately hiring a full-time Pediatric Profee Coder for a long-term contract. The position is remote and involves coding complex professional-fee surgical cases. The coder must apply ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and payer-specific guidelines while maintaining high coding accuracy, productivity, and compliance. The role requires at least one of the listed specialty areas: OB/GYN, neonatology, pediatric hospital medicine, or cardiology. Applicants must be engaged on a W-2 basis; 1099 and Corp-to-Corp arrangements are not accepted.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of recent ProFee coding experience.
• AHIMA or AAPC certification required.
• Strong understanding of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and payer-specific guidelines.
• Experience coding complex professional-fee surgical cases.
• Experience using Epic and 3M encoder/coding systems.
• Strong communication and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience in at least one of these specialties: OB/GYN, neonatology, pediatric hospital medicine, or cardiology.
• Must be eligible to work on a W-2 basis; 1099 and Corp-to-Corp arrangements are not considered.
