Reporting to the Technology Manager, the Productivity Platforms Engineer is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex support problems related to interactions among productivity platforms, web browsers, and desktop applications. The role also contributes to enterprise technology initiatives by collaborating with UWIT teams and campus partners on projects involving Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Canvas, MyUW, and other integrated services. In addition, the Productivity Platforms Engineer serves as a technical resource and educator, helping members of the UW community, peer institutions, and technology vendors better understand and effectively use these productivity platforms.
