About The Position

Prince Manufacturing Corporation is seeking part-time production team members at its Hartington, Nebraska location. Work may include machine operation, CNC operation, assembly, or the paint line. No prior experience is necessary; on-the-job training is provided. Production schedules are flexible to accommodate school, sports, home life, or another part-time job. Hours are Monday through Friday, with the schedule to be determined. Applicants must pass a post-offer drug test and physical.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for an extended period.
• Ability to lift at least 70 pounds and have strong grip strength.
• Must pass a drug screen and pre-employment work screen.
• Basic computer skills, including operating a mouse and keyboard.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.
• Great attendance record and ability to show up when scheduled.

Nice To Haves

• CNC experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery, including CNC equipment, as assigned.
• Inspect finished parts and perform quality checks.
• Read work instructions and blueprints.
• Assemble parts.
• Assist on the paint line, including loading, unloading, and packaging.
