Requirements

• Previous caregiving, home care, senior care, assisted living, or nursing facility experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• HHA or CNA certification preferred
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Compassionate, dependable, respectful, and safety-focused
• Strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to quality care

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily personal care
• Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction
• Support mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Provide medication reminders
• Help maintain a clean, comfortable living environment
• Monitor and report changes in clients’ conditions
• Promote dignity, independence, and overall well-being
