About The Position

This role involves performing a variety of general production tasks to ensure standards are met and a quality product is output. Responsibilities include retrieving and hanging loose garments on hangers, sorting garments for accuracy, folding and bundling towels and bar mops, rolling mats and distributing them into appropriate carts, unloading soiled products, and counting production orders for billing and accuracy. Additionally, the role requires sorting hangers and mending garments as needed. Regular and reliable attendance is mandatory.

Requirements

• Ability to continuously stand, bend, rotate trunk, reach out and/or up, lift and/or carry, climbing and grasping.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Retrieving and hanging loose garments onto hangers so that they can go through the steam tunnel.
• Sort garments to ensure accuracy on routes.
• Folding and bundling towels and bar mops.
• Roll mats and distribute them into the appropriate carts. Distribute carts/mats to appropriate routes to ensure accuracy.
• Unload soiled products and count for billing and production accuracy.
• Sort hangers as needed.
• Mend garments as needed.
• Special projects as assigned.
• This position requires regular and reliable attendance.
