About The Position

This is a part-time production worker position with night shifts. The role involves various production tasks, including kitting, crating, and bolt-up processes. The position requires adherence to safety guidelines, understanding work orders and blueprints, and maintaining a clean work area. The company provides necessary training for specific equipment and safety procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Troubleshoot problems and report issues.
• Must work well in a team environment.
• Based on department, may be required to operate a forklift, overhead crane, and electric pallet jack.

Responsibilities

• Kitting, crating, and/or bolt-up process.
• Maintain inventory counts of nuts, bolts, screws, metal, lumber, etc.
• Transport product, parts, and materials using forklift, pallet jack, or crane.
• Understand and execute work orders provided by production leaders.
• Work supportively with appropriate departments to meet quotas and goals.
• Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management.
• Follow all shop orders and blueprints.
• Use basic hand tools and read tape measure.
• Maintain good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned space.

• Additional duties may be assigned, dependent upon location and product line.
