About The Position
Autoliv is hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Production Worker to manufacture high-quality components for airbag and safety systems. The role supports production of life-saving devices and requires attention to strict safety and quality standards. Available shifts are swing (1:45 PM–10:00 PM) and grave (9:45 PM–6:00 AM), with Monday–Friday schedules or rotating schedules of seven days on followed by three to four days off.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate production machinery to assemble inflators and safety parts.
- Inspect parts using hand gauges and visual checks to ensure they meet safety requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Help train or relieve teammates for breaks.
- Share ideas to improve safety, speed, and work quality.
