Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting 25-50 lbs on a regular basis and up to 105 lbs on an occasional basis
- Reliable source of transportation
- Good communication skills
- Able to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Uphold a professional standard in work and demeanor
Nice To Haves
- Previous construction and/or component manufacturing experience a plus
- Experience using hand or power tools and measuring tape helpful
Responsibilities
- Produce quality products through the use of hand and power tools to assemble, package, and bundle.
- Work safely and efficiently following all necessary policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Carefully follow the Production Lead's directives in order to meet or exceed company goals.
- Cross-train and assist in other areas as needed.
- Contribute to both the department's and company's success.
