2nd Shift Production Worker
About The Position
US Concrete Products is hiring full-time Production Workers to join our second-shift manufacturing team in Baltimore. If you are dependable, hardworking, and comfortable with hands-on work, this is an opportunity to build your skills with a stable, family-owned company. You do not need extensive manufacturing experience to be considered. We are looking for people who show up consistently, work safely, contribute to the team, and are willing to learn. Our second-shift crew takes pride in working together to keep production moving safely and efficiently. Requirements
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic

- Ability to follow instructions and established safety procedures

- Ability to work consistently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and move throughout the workday
- Regularly lift and handle materials as required by the position
- Work around typical manufacturing conditions, including heat, dust, noise, and vibration
- Safely perform physical production duties throughout the scheduled shift
- Perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing, warehouse, production, construction, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required
- Driver’s license preferred for potential future forklift training opportunities
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day concrete manufacturing and production activities
- Operate and support production equipment according to established procedures
- Stack, package, palletize, and shrink-wrap finished products
- Move materials and supplies throughout production areas
- Keep workstations and manufacturing areas clean and organized
- Follow established safety procedures and use equipment appropriately
- Work alongside team members to meet daily production needs
- Assist with warehouse, material handling, and other general production tasks as needed
