Production Worker 2nd Shift 11 AM to 7PM

We are seeking a Production Worker to support our Berryville sheet metal shop on our 2nd Shift (11:00 AM – 7:00 PM). This role focuses on assisting with production tasks, preparing materials, and supporting daily shop operations. No prior fabrication or welding experience is required-just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. During the training period, employees will work on 1st Shift to learn shop processes, equipment, and safety procedures before transitioning to the regular 2nd Shift (11:00 AM – 7:00 PM) schedule.
Requirements
- Prior work experience in construction, warehouse, manufacturing, or a similar hands-on environment preferred
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working with tools and in a production setting
- Ability to work the 2nd Shift schedule (11:00 AM – 7:00 PM) after completing training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
- Ability to stand, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift
- Ability to work safely in a production and manufacturing environment
