Requirements

• Ability to follow instructions and work safely in a production environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Team player with a good work ethic
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting
• Willingness to learn and take on different tasks as needed
• Able to work with minimal supervision when needed
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods
• Frequent use of hands and arms
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in hot, cold, or wet environments
• Ability to work around machinery and in a production setting

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing or food production experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Work hands-on in production packing, weighing, assembling, and handling products
• Follow all safety, quality, and food safety (cGMP & HACCP) standards
• Inspect products to make sure they meet quality expectations
• Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
• Help with equipment setup, changeovers, and general production support
• Report any issues with equipment, safety, or product quality
• Work closely with your team and supervisors to keep production running smoothly
