This role is an entry-level position under direct supervision, involving routine activities in machine operation and/or setup.

Requirements

Continuous standing and frequent lifting, carrying, stooping, bending, squatting, pulling/pushing, twisting of the trunk and neck, reaching and grasping/squeezing.
Occasional climbing/balancing.
Willingness and ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to lift 50lbs consistently.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED is preferred.
3+ years of manufacturing production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and productively according to Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions.
Operate equipment for producing units and material handling equipment.
Follow all applicable safety policies and practices, including using required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring machine guards and safety features are functional, and promoting good safety practices.
Load and unload raw goods and/or finished products.
Visually inspect products to ensure quality.
Perform housekeeping and general maintenance functions within the work area.
Perform 5S and TPM functions within the work area.
