About The Position

Join our team as a Production Worker working full-time on first-shift. This position is in Manawa, WI. Our manufacturing team helps support our mission in making a difference in the lives of people with disabilities and other life barriers! This is a truly entry level role and is great for individuals looking for a career change, first-job, or new opportunity. What You Get to Do Each Day You get to ensure quality by assembling, packaging, labeling, and inspecting a variety of products. You will work alongside our staff and clients with disabilities, who are part of our inclusive workforce. You get to learn from your teammates, and you are ready, help teach others! You get to help ensure our products are delivered with quality, by reporting all discrepancies to your supervisor.
