About The Position

Production workers are needed for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role involves cutting, trimming, and packing poultry. Conversion to full-time employment with the client company can occur after a 520-hour probationary period. A second shift is available, starting at 4:50 PM, with production running until the product is processed. Part-time work is also available.

Requirements

• No training, education, or experience required.
• Urine drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Cutting, trimming, and packing poultry.
• Using knives, cleavers, meat saws, bandsaws, or other equipment to perform meat cutting and trimming.
• Cleaning, trimming, slicing, and sectioning carcasses for future processing.
• Cutting and trimming meat to prepare for packing.
• Removing parts such as skin, feathers, scales, or bones from carcasses.
