About The Position

I.K. Hofmann USA has a need for Production Workers in Rockmart, GA. This is a temp-to-full-time position. Responsibilities include checking goods and products for accuracy, setting up product for upcoming runs, packing of goods for shipment, and labeling finished products before placing them in the shipping area. Essential functions require the ability to move up to 30lbs, remain in a stationary position for some parts of the day, and position oneself to access equipment as needed. The work environment may involve wearing protective gear like work boots, exposure to very hot or very cold temperatures as workspaces may not be temperature-controlled, and getting into awkward positions to reach cramped workspaces. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 5:00 am - 4:30 pm, with mandatory overtime on weekends as needed, offering double time pay when requirements are met. The pay rate is $14.50/hr.
