This role involves performing entry-level routine activities associated with various types of assembly machine operation and/or setup under direct supervision. The specific shift for this position is the 2nd Shift, from 3:30 pm to 12:00 am.

Requirements

Requires continuous standing and frequent lifting, carrying, stooping, bending, squatting, pulling/pushing, twisting of the trunk and neck, reaching and grasping/squeezing.
Occasional climbing/balancing.
Must be willing and able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
Able to lift 50lbs consistently.

Nice To Haves

A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
3+ year manufacturing production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate assigned machinery and equipment in a safe and productive manner in accordance with Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions.
Operate equipment associated with producing units, and operate material handling equipment.
Follow all applicable safety policies and practices, including but not limited to, use of all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring machine guards and safety features are working, and promoting good safety practices.
Load and unload raw goods and/or finished products.
Visually inspect product to ensure quality.
Perform housekeeping and general maintenance functions within the work area.
Perform 5S and TPM functions within the work area.
