About The Position

Champion Home Builders, Inc. is seeking experienced Production Workers for their Wall Build Area within the manufacturing facility in Strattanville, Pa. This is a non-exempt position where the employee will work on the production line to build manufactured housing as part of a team, performing quality work in a fast-moving and consistent manner. The role involves performing all manual labor in the assigned area, keeping the area neat and clean, reading blueprints and orders, communicating well with coworkers, and using various hand, air, and electrical tools.

Requirements

• Must have a strong work ethic
• Must have the ability to work quickly and methodically
• Must understand safety procedures
• Must have good teamwork skills
• Must live the Champion Operating Principles
• Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to pass a 7 Panel Drug Screen.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired.
