Production Worker - Wall Build Area
About The Position
Champion Home Builders, Inc. is seeking to hire experienced Production Workers in their Wall Build Area within the manufacturing facility in Strattanville, Pa. This is a non-exempt position where employees work on the production line to build manufactured housing as part of a team, performing quality work in a fast-paced and consistent manner. Champion Home Builders is a leader in the manufactured housing industry and one of the largest mobile and modular home builders in North America, offering various factory-built solutions. Requirements
- Must have a strong work ethic.
- Must have the ability to work quickly and methodically.
- Must understand safety procedures.
- Must have good teamwork skills.
- Must live the Champion Operating Principles.
- Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be able to pass a 7 Panel Drug Screen.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired.
Responsibilities
- Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.
- Keeps area neat and clean.
- Read and use a tape measure.
- Read blue prints and orders.
- Communicate well with coworkers.
- Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools.
