Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods
Nice To Haves
- Forklift experience is a plus (for material handlers)
- Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Read blueprints and follow production schedules
- Sort, load, and move materials using forklifts (for material handling roles)
- Perform accurate assembly of machine parts
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow quality and safety procedures
