About The Position

The Production Worker works under the direction of the shift supervisor and is primarily responsible for assembling reconditioned products using established production procedures. The role requires following safety protocols and adhering to company quality standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training.
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and report issues.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Ability to be on one's feet for up to 8–12 hours per shift.
• Use of hands and fingers to perform job functions.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, bend, and climb.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Meet production standards for assigned tasks within the required time.
• Maintain good housekeeping and clean work areas in the assigned space.
• Perform assignments in accordance with safety specifications, instructions, and requirements.
• Maintain safety and quality throughout production.
• Notify a Production Lead or Supervisor when stepping off the line to help ensure safety and quality standards are maintained.
• Report production waste and issues to a Production Lead or Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as required by a Supervisor or Manager.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
