Candidates should be comfortable working around machinery, handling materials, and supporting multiple areas of the production floor.
Requirements
- 0-4 years of experience in production, manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor roles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting
- Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and support multiple production functions

Responsibilities
- Assist production laborers with daily manufacturing and production tasks
- Position parts and raw materials for machine processing
- Support machine setup and preparation for production runs
- Add coolant to machine reservoirs and lubricate machine components
- Help care for and maintain production machinery
- Perform feeding and off-bearing activities during machine operation
- Feed stock into machine hoppers and production equipment
- Transport finished products to designated areas
- Pack finished goods for shipment or further processing
- Load packaging machines with required materials
- Verify weights of filled containers coming from packaging or processing machines
- Remove foreign materials from items moving along conveyor belts
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production environment
- Perform additional production support duties as assigned
