About The Position

Volt is immediately hiring a Production Worker in Columbia, MO. This is a full-time opportunity offering recognition programs and weekly pay. The work environment is climate-controlled, air-conditioned, and your safety is our #1 concern, with PPE provided. As a Manufacturing Assembler, you will assemble and package products according to manufacturing and quality standards, perform quality checks, meet daily production goals, operate machinery, hand tools, and power tools safely, and maintain workflow on a fast-paced production line. You will also follow all work instructions, safety rules, and quality guidelines.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must pass a drug screen and background check
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and a tape measure
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members
• Required PPE: safety shoes and safety glasses
• Ability to stand, squat, push/pull, reach overhead, and climb a ladder
• Ability to lift up to 26 lbs occasionally and 22 lbs repetitively

• Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
