Production Worker
About The Position
Volt is immediately hiring Production Workers in Hoffman Estates, IL. This is an entry-level position with weekly pay. As a Production Worker, you will operate equipment necessary to manufacture customer products. Equipment can include saws, nail guns, staplers, hammer, band cutters, bander, pallet jack, and tape measure. You will be responsible for regular and reliable attendance, monitoring the quality of product being produced and notifying the lead or supervisor of any issues, and completing production paperwork accurately and completely. You will also maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations throughout the shift, and fill out your productivity sheet and shipping tag legibly. This is a full-time, temp to hire opportunity.
Requirements
- Knowledge of hand tools and tape measure.
- Experience in production environment.
- Possess great attention to detail
- Ability to stand for 8 hours
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs
Responsibilities
